My go to order is the Mixed Shawarma with a side of French friends. The pita bread is always fresh and soft. I recently also tried the mix grill platter (chicken kofta & chicken shawarma), and falafel. Highly recommend!
New Egyptian spot in Long Island. Small location with limited seating, about 5 to 6 tables, so it definitely gets packed (which means food is good) Place got a nice vibe, good decor and EXCELLENT customer service. I had the chicken shawarma which was packed with meat and flavorful. I also got the mixed kebab platter to go, shared it with my friends. They all loved it. The chicken& beef kofta were my favorite. Looking forward to going back and trying more items on their menu.
Authentic and flavorful shawarma, relaxed environment and great service. We tried the bowl and the platter. I think it's a bit pricy, but then again, it's in Rockville Centre. I really like the chicken Kofta kebab, very juicy!
truffle fries were okay. it was really just fries with a little bit of truffle sauce on the side. the fries themselves were pretty bland and would benefit from more seasoning. would appreciate more sauce. 5/10 the mixed grill was really good. the beef chunks were really juicy and the lamb kebab was so good and flavorful. the chicken was good but definitely outshined by the lamb and beef. the rice was also good enough to eat on its own. 9/10 the hummus was also nice and flavorful. decent portion size. 7.6/10
